According to her, boosting inclusivity in the sector will lead to the creation of more jobs and help the state’s economy thrive.

The SSG said, “It is illegal to discriminate against anyone based on their sex, race and age. Diversity and inclusion in the gaming and lottery sector is critical as it pertains to the gamer’s age, class, sex, gender and so on. “The lack of diversity we can see in this sector is due to active or passive prejudice but there are also barriers to employment of certain groups which is because there hasn’t been a level-playing ground in the past.
“We are aware that it is not enough to create a level–playing field but people who are different should have the same opportunities and activities that are accessible to all others.”
