Pearl Chidimma Who Distributed Petrol As Souvenir 27 Months Imprisonment

A Nigerian lady, Ogbulu Chidinma Pearl who distributed petrol as souvenir in an event has been sentenced to 27 months imprisonment.Information Guide Nigeria

According to OSG, she has been sentenced by a Special Offences Mobile Court sitting in Oshodi, Lagos State.

The sentence was given after she pleaded guilty to the offence of distributing kegs of petrol as a souvenir during her chieftaincy coronation on March 5, 2022.

OSG reports that the Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare, successfully confirmed the charge against the defendant beyond a reasonable doubt.

As reported by OSG, Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare sentenced the defendant to three months imprisonment or option of N15,000 fine on the first count of the charge.Jamb Result

Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare also ordered the defendant to pay N1 million fine on the second and third count of the charge or face two years imprisonment.
