Multiple sources confirm the death of gospel singer and performer Sammie Okposo.
This morning, November 25, 2022, according to Punch, the 51-year-old music producer passed suddenly.
His project manager, Hillary Vincent, has confirmed the news. The deceased’s family has not issued an official statement, thus the circumstances of his passing are still unknown.NYSC portal

Speaking with a Punch correspondent over the phone, Vincent said, “Yes it’s true. It happened this morning.”
The manager of Okposo did not disclose the cause of death and refused to speak further on the singer’s passing. According to multiple sources, the artist suddenly collapsed and passed away.JAMB portal
His death occurred barely months after the veteran musician escaped death in May, 2022, after being involved in a horrific vehicle accident while driving on the third mainland bridge in Lagos, but according to Okposo, he was “saved from the devil and his collaborators.”
