The Rivers State Police Command has successfully apprehended two former convicts in the Elelenwo community, within the Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, on charges of alleged armed robbery.JAMB Result

Their activities have reportedly involved several deadly attacks on the residents, which had placed them on the police watch list due to numerous complaints from the community.JAMB Portal
The latest incident leading to their arrest occurred on December 1, when a community member reported being robbed of his valuables by the gang. In response to this and previous complaints, the police intensified their efforts in the community by conducting stop-and-search operations, enhancing surveillance, and maintaining regular patrols.
