Reason I stoppped from meddling in National Assembly affairs since 2015 ― Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday attributed the successes recorded by his administration to the harmonious relationship between the Executive and the Legislature, as well as his refusal to meddle with the affairs of the Legislature and promoted instead, honour a culture of mutual respect and collaboration between the two arms. Buhari who revealed this during the official commissioning of the permanent site of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), expressed optimism that the magnificent complex has the potential to significantly boost the capacity of the legislature in Nigeria and Africa at large.
