Insp. Leo Chidi, the prosecution’s attorney, earlier informed the court that the convicted felon collaborated with a second person—who is currently at large—to steal three plasma televisions and two laptops from Moses Caleb’s home in Ungwan Maigero, Kaduna, on September 15.
Leo added that the act was against Section 217 of the Kaduna State Penal Code‘s rules.
