A video circulating online and obtained by DAILY POST showed that the buses evacuating the Nigerian students and non-students were stopped in the middle of the Sahara desert.
A voice narrating the incident in the video claimed that the drivers refused to continue the journey because they were not paid.

The video was posted by a Twitter handle, Dr. Ahmad Small and shared by former lawmaker, Shehu Sani on his verified Twitter handle.NYSC Portal
