Supreme Court Gives Firm Position on Suit Involving CBN

The Supreme Court has said that the long dispute over the naira redesign and cash swap policy by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) must be resolved on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.Information Guide Nigeria

The seven-member panel led by Justice Inyang Okoro has revealed that new parties are no longer allowed to join the suit involving the Central Bank of Nigeria.

According to LEGIT.NG, Justice Okoro on Wednesday stated that new parties would abide by the outcome of the existing suits.NYSC portal
