UNN Resumption Date 2022/2023. The management of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka has announced the date for the resumption of academic activities after the 2023 general elections. Therefore, all students are expected to return to school on the date announced by the management for the commencement of lectures. See details of the resumption and guidelines below.

This is to inform Newly Admitted Candidates, Returning Students, Parents, Guardians and all concerned that the University will be commencing the 2022/2023 academic session on Monday, August 07, 2023.mb form

  • Wednesday, August 30, 2023 –    Arrival of New Students/Freshmen

RETURNING STUDENTS

  • Monday, August 28, 2023 –     Commencement of online Registration and

Provision of Hostel Accommodation

  • Monday, August 29, 2023 –     Rehearsing of the Undergraduate Academic

  • Wednesday, August 30, 2023 –    Resumption for all Old/Returning Students

ALL STUDENTS

  • Thursday, August 31, 2023 –    Lectures start with QUIZ for all Students
  • Monday, September 11, 2023 –    Registration ends for all Students
  • Tuesday, September 12, 2023 –    Late Registration begins for all Students
  • Tuesday, September 26, 2023 –    Late Registration ends for all Students

The details of the process flow for full online registration had been circulated to candidates in our earlier release.

Heads of Department, Academic Advisers, Faculty Officers and Lecturers are to guide the Students through various online platforms and ensure full enforcement of rules and regulations on registration and attendance to lectures.

The full text of the Timetable of Events is herewith attached for your proper guidance.
