Activist, Aisha Yesufu, has branded Friday’s resumption of the Lekki-Ikoyi toll gate “a dare to the citizens”. POLITICS NIGERIA reports.

There were fumes on social media. Also, residents of Lekki Phase 1, called for calm in the area even as they have written the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to shelve any plan to resume the tolling. jamb results
Security vehicles and personnel were stationed at Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge to prevent any protest by residents of the area against tolling at the bridge. Yesufu, a government critic, is not happy with the reopening.
“The Lekki Toll Gate reopening is a dare to the citizens. It is time for government to fear the people’s voting power. It starts with you picking up your PVC and using it!” Yesufu wrote on her verified Twitter handle.
