BREAKING: ‘DSS Not Permitting Us See Nnamdi Kanu’ – Lawyer, Ejimakor
Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, founder of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), says the Department of State Services (DSS) did not allow him and the rest of the separatist leader’s legal team to see their client last Thursday and today, Monday. POLITICS NIGERIA reports.
According to Ejimakor, the DSS said the “special squad” in charge of visitations were not around.

Kanu was first arrested in 2015 but disappeared while on bail in April 2017. His social media posts during his absence and his Radio Biafra broadcasts outraged the federal government, which said the broadcasts encouraged attacks on security forces.
