1. Checking your Account Balance with FCMB Mobil Plus

This package is also called FCMB online. This application was developed by the Bank to allow Bank Customers carrying out banking transactions, like transfer of funds payment of bills, Electricity bills, Cable Network subscription, and fill for internet services, air time top up, statement of Account service, Branch location service, and checking Account balance. It is very easy to use the application to check your FMCB Account number.

Simply download and install the application on your Mobile Phone. Log in and proceed to the Account section. Here your Account details will be displayed.

FCMB Mobile plus operates on both Android and IOS smart phones. On Google Play store, the Android version can be down loaded while the IOS users, can downloaded from ITunes. Customers are expected to enjoy the Banking services of FCMB, using the Mobile Device.

2. Checking your Account Balance using the Social Media page:

It is also easy for the FCMB Account Balance also to be checked on the social media page, like Face book page and Twitter page of FCMB.

Using the social media pages of the Bank, simply post your request for checking your Account. A personnel at the Bank will look into your enquiry.

Make sure you give your correct data such as full name, date of birth, next of kin, and the Branch of FCMB where the Account is. You may be asked some other information on the Social media page, to confirm your account.

Once, the Personnel is satisfied you will get a statement of your Account via email or by private message on Social Media.

New Customers at FCMB can also now open their Savings Account in their Home Offices, via Computer Devices or Mobile Device, though social Media, Facebook.

This was the launch of their new platform which is called the E-Savings Account. The new Account is an online based Savings Account which enables prospective customers, to complete the Account opening process.

This process can be done without the need to fill out any physical form, or visit a Branch.  The E-Savings Account, was designed to utilize Technology to reduce the time wasted on customers, when opening an Account.

The portal is 24 hours available all year round including during public holidays. This platform can help you check your Account Balance, give your Account statement via email, ATM Card reissuance, Account Balance Request, ATM blocking, Stop cheque order, cheque request, information on products and services, information or ATM /branch Locations, customer feedback management, compliant, recommendations, suggestions, Internet Services and Transaction reset.

4. Checking your Account Balance at the Bank

An individual can check his Account Balance by going to the nearest FCMB Branch. It is advisable to go with your Account number. This account number can be giving to the FCMB Bank personnel, who will help you check Account Balance.

5. Checking Account Balance using the ATM Machine

An individual can check his Account Balance using the ATM. Proceed to any ATM machine near in any Financial Institution preferably the FCMB Branch, and slot in your ATM card.

Proceed to click on Account Balance. The ATM is expected to show your Account Balance. You can print out your statement from the ATM, by responding to allow ‘Print. Once, you have concluded Transaction, remember to remove your ATM Card.
