Court nullifies Abia APGA guber primary, orders fresh election

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) governorship primary polls in Abia State were declared null and void by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday, and a new primary election was ordered to be held within 14 days.Information Guide Nigeria

The ruling was handed down by Justice Binta Nyako in response to a suit filed by Chikwe Udensi, who contested the outcome of the party’s gubernatorial primary poll, which produced Professor Greg Ibe as the APGA’s gubernatorial candidate for the 2023 elections.JAMB Result
