Fuel Scarcity Has Increased Nigerians’ Sufferings – CAN
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in the 19 northern states and Abuja has observed that the persistent scarcity of fuel in Nigeria and the pains of having adulterated fuel in circulation have further increased the hardship Nigerians are going through for about a month now. In a statement presented by its Vice Chairman, Rev. John Joseph Hayab, said: “Our leaders should show pity on hardworking Nigerians who are spending hours and nights at fuel stations, commuters who are paying high transport fares and waiting for a long time to get to work and back home after work due to lack of fuel to buy”.
The statement cried that Nigerians are still struggling with insecurity, poverty, and now fuel crisis, saying that nobody has ever been held responsible for all the pains, sufferings, and the poor services that Nigerians are getting. Information Guide Nigeria
CAN questioned why the minister, who is President Muhammadu Buhari, has not tendered a public apology to Nigerians.
