Ex-Senate President David Mark’s son dies

The first son of former Senate President David Mark, Tunde Mark, has passed away.Informaion Guide Nigeria

It was learned that Tunde passed away early on Friday morning in London, United Kingdom. Tunde was reportedly diagnosed with cancer and died at the age of 51.

The circumstances surrounding his death are still unclear; however, the body is scheduled to be transferred to Nigeria in the following days.

Mr. Paul Mumeh, Special Adviser to the Mark, stated in a statement that Tunde was born on October 13, 1971, and attended Yaba Military School, where he received his first high school diploma. He attended secondary school at Bradfield College in Berkshire, United Kingdom.

Tunde, a biochemist, received his B.Sc from Kings College in London. In addition to biochemistry and Biological Sciences, he studied immunology at Harvard’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In addition, the message indicated that Tunde was married and had a daughter, and that his burial plans will be informed in due time.
