This is to notify you that FCE, Zaria has announced the screening of newly admitted degree students for the 2021/2022 academic year taking effect on the date given below. This is to inform you that the screening team is coming from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria for the screening exercise of the newly admitted 2021/2022 undergraduate students, which is scheduled to hold as follows:

Date: Will commence from Monday, 6th to 10th December 2021.

Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm FCE Zaria Screening Schedule For Newly Admitted Degree Students

Venue: Micro Teaching LAB I


All candidates are required to present the following:

i. Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC/Statements of result.

ii.. Original NCE/Diploma Statement of result/Certificate.

iii. Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.Npower Recruitment

iv. Original Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age.

v. Original Direct Entry e-registration slip.Jamb Result

vi. Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person in the society. This must be on a letter head and duly stamped.

vii. Eight (8) recent passport photographs on white background.

viii. Photocopies of items I-V stated above.

ix. WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those who do not Certificate.

x. Registration Remitta for 2021/2022 payment of School fees, duly confirmed by the Bursary Department.

xi. Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter.Waec Result


i. ABU Screening package #3000.

ii. GENS 103 Lecture Notes #1,500.

iii. University ID card #1,500. Pounds to Naira

iv. Correction of Admission Letter or change of course #500 (where applicable).

All students involved are advised to adhere strictly to the university’s instruction concerning the screening and ensure that they arrive at the screening venue on time. Jamb form
