Candidates who are invited to the FRSC Screening exercise are required to provide original photocopies of the following documents:

  1. Educational certificates.
  2. Certificate of Origin (state)
  3. National Identity Card/Slip
  4. Duly completed guarantor’s form
  5. Birth certificate/declaration of age
  6. One white coloured office flat-file jacket
