The Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has called on Traditional rulers to join hands with security agencies in intelligence-gathering to check insecurity in the state.Information Guide Nigeria
Akeredolu added that the closeness of the traditional rulers to the people put them in the vantage position to have firsthand information about the activities of people staying in their domains. INDEPENDENT reports.
The governor stated this when he presented the Staff of Office to the Iresi of Osi Kingdom, Oba Olamide David Okunato, and instruments of appointmenttotheOjogbabiakaof Ilado both in Akure North Local Government Area of the state.
