A Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of the Federal Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (FCIID), Joseph Obiajulu Egbunike is dead. THE WILL reports.

According to THE WILL, the senior police officer, until his death, chairs the Special Investigation Panel constituted by the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, to investigate the suspended head of the Police Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari, over money laundering allegations.
Egbunike, who hails from Onitsha, Anambra state, had served the Nigerian Police Force for 33 years. jamb results
He was a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with B.sc (Hons) Accounting, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons.), B.L. and a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) and PhD in Criminology.
