According to INDEPENDENCE, First Bank, 32 Road had not opened and did not plan to open as cash disbursement will be through the Automated Teller Machines (ATM).Information Guide Nigeria

INDEPENDENCE reports that driving round Amuwo and Festac, compliance has been mixed bag as Access Bank on 2nd Avenue and 32 Roads were not opened for business. Same as Unity Bank, Zenith and Polaris banks all on 2nd Avenue.
