What is N-power?
The N-Power program is an empowerment scheme created by the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari to help better the lives of the people. The N-power program commence on the 8th of June, 2016 with the motto, “Empowering Nigerian Youths for Prosperity”.
The plan is to empower the Nigerian youths by helping them develop relevant skills and crafts necessary to gain jobs and become an entrepreneur.
The N-Power program is for Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 and 35.
The first batch of youths engaged and deployed by the Federal Government in 2016 was sent to different public service sectors (public schools, agricultural development centres, primary health care centres, etc.) in all local government areas across Nigeria.

- The program is for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
