FG Will Face Legal Action If Victims Of Air Strikes Aren’t Compensated – Falana

Human rights lawyer Femi Falana has given the Federal Government a two-week ultimatum to compensate victims of military air strikes that have occurred in Nigeria over the past seven years. Falana issued the ultimatum in a statement on Sunday, warning that failure to meet the demand could result in a lawsuit before a Federal High Court.NYSC Portal

The Nigeria Air Force and Nigeria Army have between March 2014 and December 2023 dropped bombs which claimed the lives of hundreds in some states in the northern part of the country, according Falana.
