Two Killed, Others Arrested In Kwara University As Cult Groups Fight
One person, identified as Ajibiye Ridwan, has been killed as alleged rival cultist groups from Kwara State University, Malete, clashed in a battle for supremacy. SAHARA REPORTERS reports.
It was reported that the clash between the cult groups at Tarmac area, Malete, witnessed the use of guns and other weapons which left the students community in a serious panic. Information Guide Nigeria

According to SAHARA REPORTERS, speaking on the incident, the police said the remains of the deceased had been deposited at the morgue of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital while seven suspects were arrested.
Meanwhile, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ajayi Okasanmi, has confirmed the death of an unidentified young man left lying in a pool of his blood. jamb results
The man was shot by suspected cultists along Taiwo Road, Ilorin on Saturday.
He said three suspects were arrested over the incident, adding that one motorcycle and a tricycle used by the suspected cultists were also recovered.
“The Commissioner of Police, Tuesday Assayomo, has ordered a discreet investigation into the case as well as other cult-related cases in the state,” he said.
