Requirements

• First Degree in Engineering or strong science background from a reputable University.
• A Post Graduate degree is an added advantage.
• 15+ years relevant work experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian and international Oil & Gas Industry from an Operations & EHS perspectives.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 standards and EHS management system.
• Strong passion in developing new EHS initiatives.
• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
• Able to work independently and meticulous.
• Must be willing to travel at short notice and work offshore.
• Membership of EHS associations like ASSE, IIRSM, OSHA is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing, and distribution).
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
• Integrate the business processes and IT systems of many suppliers and customers.
• Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials demanded by Company’s vessels.
• Create item specific forecasts over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management purposes.

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate on any suspicious event that will affect the reputation and business process of the client.
• Interact with government agencies on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate Security operational activities at the zone to ensure constant presence of guards at all locations
• Overall responsibility for the Security Infrastructures in the premise.
• Oversee and supervise site-specific security procedures within the premise.
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
