A behavioral technician’s role is to provide mental health treatments to people who have behavioral issues. Behavior technicians uphold the highest level of care quality. They are in charge of enforcing learning programs such as self-help, communication, and play skills.

It is their responsibility to provide medical care training for parents so that caregivers or family members can support and teach skills during family activities.
