The Chief of Staff will be directly responsible for assisting the CEO with corporate strategy, planning, fundraising, management, metrics, and other activities related to Fervo Energy’s goal. This individual will be responsible for developing Fervo’s yearly and multi-year strategies, connecting with important internal and external stakeholders, assessing key organizational performance and metrics, and implementing special projects. Furthermore, the Chief of Staff will engage with the Fervo Executive team to integrate work from our engineering, R&D, strategy, finance, and business development areas.
