We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior Coordinator, Digital Marketing

Location: Abuja

Duties and Responsibilities
Purpose:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to support outreach initiatives and events
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts.

Engagement:

  • Segment email lists and personalize messages for diverse target audiences.
  • Establish and manage social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to heighten brand awareness and engagement. Create and maintain content calendars, including posts, images, and videos. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social platforms.
  • Generate high-quality, healthcare-related content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.

Delivery:

  • Regularly update and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Optimize website content and structure to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics. Track and analyze key performance indicators related to digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of atleast 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Hands on experience of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy Experienced in corporate communications and digital marketing
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).

Key Areas of Note:

2.) Consultant Civil Engineer

Location: Niger

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Study, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Five (5) years working experience in Projects and Construction Management, preferably in an NGO or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in construction projects.
  • Must Possess professional certification in project management, construction or engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multi disciplinary/diverse teams, as well as mentoring teams. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide General Support:
Purpose:

  • Provide technical support to clinic staff and projects. Maintain confidentiality of collected information. Alert supervisor to any special concerns of members/users.
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Record customer data on Odoo. Log appointments and raise tickets on Odoo as required. Collect caller records and family member contact information.

Exchange Engagement:

  • Practice proper handover with incoming operators before logging off after shift.

4.) Medical Doctor

Location: Abuja

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Process Integrity Purpose:

  • Conduct telemedicine consultations which may involve discussing results and implications of laboratory investigations with patients as well as dealing appropriately with routine and emergency complaints.
  • Determine diagnosis and treatment plans, in consultation with patient(s) or referring to Supervising doctor(s) as appropriate. Conduct and oversee clinical care to patients using established clinical guidelines.
  • Interview patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, analyze,determine, diagnose and explain medical problems during surgery consultations and home visits.
  • Participate and oversee all treatment and preventative healthcare services as delegated and agreed upon by the supervising Practice Manager(s). Assist in clinical instruction and supervision of medical and nursing staff as well as other interns/student doctors.

Advise Engagement:

  • Provide and explain clinical instructions to the nursing staff and other clinical care teams as required. Communicate when necessary with colleagues in Clinical care and hospital specialists in order to discuss or refer specific patients, plan and coordinate activities, or exchange information.
  • Communicate where necessary with colleagues in Clinical care and hospital specialists to discuss or recommend referring specific patients, plan and coordinate activities, or exchange information to improve the quality of patient care. .
  • Identify and liaise regularly with community hospitals, consultants, and other health care providers, insurance companies, and other community organizations to refer/consult on specific cases, participate in community service and education projects and activities.
  • Recommend direct clinical care to patients using established clinical guidelines. Interview patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, analyze, diagnose, and explain medical problems during surgery consultations and home visits.

Sustain Standards Delivery:

  • Fully document all aspects of patient care, reconcile and complete all required paperwork for legal and administrative purposes. Attend regular educational meetings organized by the practice in order to clinical knowledge, practice policy and guidelines timely
  • Contribute to clinical development by developing a special interest and help to establish appropriate systems to manage common chronic medical conditions, ensuring compliance with approved standard treatment guidelines.
  • Support and Sustain clinical research and efforts within the EHA Clinics leading to the publication of papers.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Degree in Medicine – MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO in any Global, National, or State recognized University and conforming to the guidelines as set out by the Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria.
  • Completion of compulsory internship and a minimum of 2 years post NYSC. Up-to-date registration and license from the MDCN
  • Completion of BLS, ACLS.

5.) Research Project Manager

Location: Abuja / Kano

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with High Distinction. Master’s Degree in Public Health, Biological Science, or a similar field from an accredited university will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as a project manager or coordinator, preferably in a national or international organization, is essential. Demonstrable proof of such experience is required prior to any interviews.
  • Experience managing clinical trial projects or community research projects.
  • Knowledge of good clinical practice will be an added advantage
  • A Project Management Professional, PMP, Certification will be an added advantage.
