Fruit salad is a mixture of different kinds of fruit such as; Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Pawpaw, orange, pineapple, apple, Grapes, Banana, cherry, pears e.t.c.

Fruits are healthy and natural food. It is recommended to at least eat 5 pieces of fruits a day in order to get the full benefit. It contains lots of vitamins and nutrients our health benefits. Why take fruits:
