RE: QUERY LETTER

Sir, I refer to the query directed to me on the 18th of May 2022 on the above subject matter.

My absence from work which is unusual was due to my failing health. I have been diagnosed with a major illness and was admitted to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) with my brother taking care of me in the hospital.JAMB Result

Sir, it is due to the above-stated reason that has been absent from work these past few days. I have called my PPA boss to explain that I was admitted to a hospital. Everything happened so fast but now I have regained my health and have been discharged from the hospital. I have resumed work fully, and I promise to always be punctual.

Thanks.

Yours faithfully
