1. IT Officer

Job Summary

  • IT support officers will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
  • Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing the solution to IT matters concurrently.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a similar role.

2. Pastry Chef

Job Summary

  • As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
  • A Pastry Chef will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
  • Responsible to create high-quality pastry dishes with the standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.
  • Also, assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products and maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section.

3. Chef De Partie

Job Summary

  • As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.
  • Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

4. Commis Chef

Job Summary

  • The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Hotels operational standards.
  • You will be also responsible for assisting Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean.
  • Additionally, He/ She is responsible to prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters etc.
  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.

5. Sous Chef

Job Summary

  • The Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Executive Chef for overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
  • Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food-related functions.
  • Also, assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure consistently, high-quality products are produced.

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.

6. Food & Beverages Server

Job Summary

  • F&B Server performs all tasks associated with setting up, serving, and breaking down of function rooms where banquet food service activities are performed.
  • He / She is responsible for the prompt, courteous, smooth and efficient service of food and beverage to guests during a banquet and outdoor functions.
  • Additionally, work as a team to follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet events.

Candidate Profile

  • Technical College or Trade Certificate or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

7. Kitchen Steward

Job Summary

  • He / She is responsible to assist the Chef to enforce the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, as well as the operating equipment.
  • Main responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back area cleaning and equipment’s maintenance, banquet plating and food running.

Candidate Profile

  • Technical College or Trade Certificate or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

8. Banquet Captain

Job Summary

  • As a banquet captain, you are responsible to meet with group coordinator/event hosts before functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
  • Read and analyse banquet event order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
  • Working closely with the banqueting team, he/she is responsible for the execution and delivery of all events, maximizing revenue, utilization of meeting space and working to achieve or exceed the defined budgeted revenues for the banquet department.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator in a luxury or five starts hotel is preferred.

9. Security Operative

Job Summary

  • Primarily responsible to provide security and safety of the guests, staff and the hotel at all times.
  • Is familiar and complies with the hotel’s standards and procedures.
  • Also watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.
  • Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access if required during the shift.
  • Able to monitor Closed perimeter fencing, alarm system, fire & life safety systems.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant certificate in security and safety training.
  • At least (3) years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

10. Laundry Attendant

Job Summary

  • Being a laundry attendant you are responsible to ensure that all laundry services for the hotel’s guests is done as per the standard policies and is met on time.
  • Also responsible for laundry collection from guest rooms, dry-cleaning, washing, drying, pressing and folding of guest’s laundry along with other hotel linen.
  • Additionally properly tags Guest items and then sorts for appropriate action like Washing, dry cleaning, stain removal, pressing or send for repairing to the hotel tailor.

Candidate Profile

  • Technical College or Trade Certificate or its equivalent.
  • At least (1) years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

11. Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary

  • Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, baths and public areas under the supervision of housekeeping supervisor.
  • The housekeeping attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and problems.

Job Summary

13. Electrician

Job Summary

  • The Electrician will undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure.
  • He will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances.

14. HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Technician

Job Summary

  • HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) technician is primarily responsible for the repair and maintenance of HVAC and refrigerant units of the hotel.
  • Additionally responsible for preventative maintenance, plant operations, repairs and minor modifications to the Air handling units and fixed fans.
  • Reports to the Engineering shift in charge of the Chief engineer.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma Holder in Engineering, Maintenance Vocational Schooling or any related area.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Cold Storage, Chilled Water plant, FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Unit), FCU (Fan Coil Unit) and AHU (Air Handling Unit), with minimum 2 – 4 years experience, hotel industry person will be preferred.

15. Assistant Chief Engineer

Job Summary

  • As an Assistant Manager for the engineering department you would be assisting the Chief Engineer on his day to day activities
  • Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities.
  • Also to ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems and inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained on regular basis.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences or any related discipline.

16. Reservation Supervisor

Job Summary

  • He or She primarily supervises the reservation functions for the hotel ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner.

  • Achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process.

17. Front Office Attendant

Job Summary

18. Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary

  • Primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction.
  • Responds professionally and courteously to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
  • You will also ensure hotel charges are processed diligently to guest’s accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements.

19. Storekeeper

Job Summary

  • The storekeeper in the hotel has the main responsibility to receive, store and issue supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations.
  • Work closely with the purchasing department, ensure the cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • He/she also verifies that all supplies and goods received are listed on requisitions/orders and the delivery notes, invoices are checked and filed in the appropriate folder.
  • Maintains par stock, inventory and stock records every month and compiles records of expenditures/consumptions etc.

Job Summary

  • Post guest charges and credits into each guest folio daily.
  • Prepare bills and present them to the guest at the time of the guest’s departure.
  • Settle all bills on departure.
  • Operate the accounting software system.

22. Accounts Officer

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Officer reports to the Financial Controller.
  • He /She keeps precise records of incoming and outgoing payments of the hotel.
  • Processes payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and researching financial account activity, among other duties.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related discipline.
  • At least (2) years experience in Accounting services and other related services.

23. Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

  • Human Resources Officer will assist the Human Resources Manager to achieve the organizational goals and objectives as related to the human resources office.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • One (1) year experience in Human Resources Management, Managerial operations, or related professional area.

24. Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

  • Human Resources Manager will carry out daily activities of the Human Resource Office including recruitment, total compensation, strategic management, training and development.
