1. IT Officer
Job Summary
- IT support officers will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
- Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing the solution to IT matters concurrently.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a similar role.
2. Pastry Chef
Job Summary
- As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
- A Pastry Chef will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
- Responsible to create high-quality pastry dishes with the standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.

Job Summary
- As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Job Summary
- The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Hotels operational standards.
- You will be also responsible for assisting Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean.
- Additionally, He/ She is responsible to prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters etc.

Job Summary
- The Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Executive Chef for overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

6. Food & Beverages Server
Job Summary
- F&B Server performs all tasks associated with setting up, serving, and breaking down of function rooms where banquet food service activities are performed.
- He / She is responsible for the prompt, courteous, smooth and efficient service of food and beverage to guests during a banquet and outdoor functions.
- Additionally, work as a team to follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet events.

7. Kitchen Steward
Job Summary
- He / She is responsible to assist the Chef to enforce the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, as well as the operating equipment.
- Main responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back area cleaning and equipment’s maintenance, banquet plating and food running.
Candidate Profile

8. Banquet Captain
Job Summary
- As a banquet captain, you are responsible to meet with group coordinator/event hosts before functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
- Read and analyse banquet event order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
- Working closely with the banqueting team, he/she is responsible for the execution and delivery of all events, maximizing revenue, utilization of meeting space and working to achieve or exceed the defined budgeted revenues for the banquet department.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator in a luxury or five starts hotel is preferred.
9. Security Operative
Job Summary
- Primarily responsible to provide security and safety of the guests, staff and the hotel at all times.
- Is familiar and complies with the hotel’s standards and procedures.
- Also watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access if required during the shift.
- Able to monitor Closed perimeter fencing, alarm system, fire & life safety systems.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant certificate in security and safety training.
- At least (3) years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
10. Laundry Attendant
Job Summary
- Being a laundry attendant you are responsible to ensure that all laundry services for the hotel’s guests is done as per the standard policies and is met on time.
- Also responsible for laundry collection from guest rooms, dry-cleaning, washing, drying, pressing and folding of guest’s laundry along with other hotel linen.
- Additionally properly tags Guest items and then sorts for appropriate action like Washing, dry cleaning, stain removal, pressing or send for repairing to the hotel tailor.

11. Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary

Job Summary

- Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.

Job Summary
- HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) technician is primarily responsible for the repair and maintenance of HVAC and refrigerant units of the hotel.
- Additionally responsible for preventative maintenance, plant operations, repairs and minor modifications to the Air handling units and fixed fans.
- Reports to the Engineering shift in charge of the Chief engineer.

- Diploma Holder in Engineering, Maintenance Vocational Schooling or any related area.

15. Assistant Chief Engineer
Job Summary
- As an Assistant Manager for the engineering department you would be assisting the Chief Engineer on his day to day activities
- Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities.
- Also to ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems and inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained on regular basis.

19. Storekeeper
Job Summary
- The storekeeper in the hotel has the main responsibility to receive, store and issue supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations.
- Work closely with the purchasing department, ensure the cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
- He/she also verifies that all supplies and goods received are listed on requisitions/orders and the delivery notes, invoices are checked and filed in the appropriate folder.
- Maintains par stock, inventory and stock records every month and compiles records of expenditures/consumptions etc.

20. Credit Officer
Job Summary
- The credit officer is responsible for the entire credit granting process, bill collection, including the consistent application of a credit policy.

Job Summary
- The cashier is responsible for handling payments, money and valuables etc.

- Post guest charges and credits into each guest folio daily.
- Prepare bills and present them to the guest at the time of the guest’s departure.
