Karl predicted that in the upcoming months, MTN will combine its 2G, 3G, and 4G network expansion efforts to significantly increase the country’s 5G coverage in the major population centres.
The CEO of MTN said that the significant investment will happen between now and the end of the year while praising Prof. Pantami, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, for what he called his guts and decisiveness in directing the development of 5G in Nigeria.
