What is N-Power?

N-Power is a scheme set up by the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari since 8 June 2016, to address the issues of youth unemployment and help increase social development. So far, over 500,000 Nigerians have benefited from the programme.

NPVN is an abbreviation of N-Power Volunteers Network. The_NPVN is an empowerment program put forward by the Federal Government of Nigeria to empower and train the youths in different vocations and employ them in the end.

Please note that the federal government has commenced the NPower Recruitment Batch C Stream 1 Requirement. All you have to do is to visit the official NPower portal for application.

Also, you can log onto npvn.npower.gov.ng/login with your phone number or email address or simply use your existing credentials to access the portal and commence registration immediately.

About NPVN Website?

NPVN portal is a official portal designed by N-Power Nigeria for successful N-power application. If your name have been shortlisted for the N-power program, simply log in to access to the portal.

NPVN dashboard is designed to allow successful applicants to update their profile details; personal information, bank details, and other vital information about the applicants.

How to Update Your N-power Account

FIRST METHOD.

N/B: Use the login details (username and password) you used during N-Power registration and online assessment test.

Follow the steps below;
  1. Visit official N-power login portal here.>> http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/
  2. Type in your User Name: Your phone number
  3. Type in your Password: Any of your other names should work as password or your bank account number to N-power for a password. If it doesnt work, it’s could mean a technical problem. In this case, we advised you to contact the N-power selection team.
  4. If your login is successful, you will be redirected to your portal home page.
  5. At the centre of the portal, set up your bank account so that you can receive your monthly salary
  6. Use the drop-down option to select your bank name, enter your account name, and your account number. Once you type your account number the system will automatically upload your BVN number.
  7. Click on the Update Account button for your details to be stored.

SECOND METHOD.

Login to your npvn portal at www.npvn.npower.gov.ng you will find the following;
At the left-hand side of your Npower dashboard, you’ll see the following options at the main navigation:
  1. App Main Navigation
  2. Home
  3. Prepare
  4. Announcements
  5. My Profile
  6. Change Password
  7. About NPVN
  8. Get Help
Now that you have seen all the categories, go ahead and click on option no. 4: My Profile, Clicking on that will bring up two options:
  1. Personal Information
  2. Bank Information, Scroll down to the Bank Information section, click on EDIT, which is located in the front of the Bank Information
  3. Choose your bank from the menu, enter your bank account name, your account number, the portal will automatically upload your BVN.
  4. Click on UPDATE ACCOUNT.

As of the time of publishing this article, the NPower recruitment is ongoing. The federal government has flagged off the N-Power Batch C Stream 1 Programme for the 36 states of the federation including the FCT with 510,000 volunteers.

Under the scheme, a total of 450,000 people are selected under the graduate component, while 60,000 beneficiaries will be a non-graduate N-Power volunteer corps.
