Osun’ll deliver one million votes for Tinubu – Oyetola

Bola Tinubu, the APCs presidential contender in the general elections of 2023, is expected to receive more than 1 million votes from Osun, according to the state’s governor, Adegboyega Oyetola.Infomation Guide Nigeria

Speaking to APC youths who had taken part in the “Osun Youth March for Tinubu/Shettima 2023” march on Thursday, Oyetola did so in his campaign office in Osogbo.

In Osogbo, the youngsters organised a walk through the city’s main thoroughfares to lobby voters on behalf of Tinubu’s candidacy for president in the next general elections.

The Osun governor expressed amazement at the enormous number of young people voting, even though the campaign has not yet started. He promised that, if won, the APC candidate will lead a government that was favourable to young people.

He said, “I want to commend the leadership of the supporters of Tinubu. Your demonstration today has given me assurance that Osun is for APC in 2023. There is no shaking for us at all.

“The government of Asiwaju (Tinubu) is the government of the youth. He is here to serve Nigerians. He has plans for education, agriculture, infrastructure, social development and many more. You will be surprised the way he will tackle insecurity.Jamb Result

Goke Akinwemimo, the Osun APC youth leader who organised the march, spoke earlier and promised to mobilise one million votes for Tinubu in the 2023 election. He also asked party members to put in a lot of effort to see the initiative through to completion.
