President Buhari Intentionally Delaying Assent To Electoral Act – Governor Nyesom Wike

Nyesom Wike, the Governor of Rivers State has alleged that President of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) is using controversy over direct primaries to stop the signing of the electoral act. Information Guide Nigeria
