Student Visa Process

You will need a Type D student visa to study in Switzerland. You can only make an application once you have received a letter of admission from a recognized university in Switzerland. Processing time for student visas takes anywhere from 6 months prior to when you are to start your study in Switzerland. It takes around 8-10 weeks to process your student visa.
