Kidnapped Imo wedding guest regains freedom

Collins Alaefula, who was kidnapped on August 28 along with two other people after attending a wedding ceremony in the Imo state local government of Isiala Mbano, has been freed.Information Guide Nigeria

On September 9, his kidnappers claimed released the two other victims, Mmadu Promise and Victor Chibuike, who had been taken hostage with him. They then reportedly asked Alaefula’s relative to band together and pay the money required of him as a condition for his release.

A source said “Alaefula Collins one of the three young men kidnapped over three weeks ago has finally been released.
