1.) Machinist (Marine / Shipyard Experience)
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances of parts to be machined using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and venire calipers, etc,
- Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, slotting machines etc;
- Participate in setting up and operate bore liner machine on his own
- Measure, examine, and test completed machined parts in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers screw gauge, calipers, etc,
- Set up, adjust, and operate machine shop tools/machines in order to perform precision machining operations,
- Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
- Carry out preventive maintenance program for all machines in the machine shop,
- Monitor the calibration status of measuring tools such as venire calipers, screw gauge, depth gauge, etc,
- Undertake calibration of measuring tools.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations in execution of task
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

2.) Procurement Manager (Shipyard)
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategy in support of the shipyard overall business objectives.
- Function in the capacity of Buyer for the organization,
- Negotiate with supplier/vendor to obtain the best possible pricing,
- Responsible for supplier’s management and maintain a complete database for all approved suppliers.
- Achieve high performance levels for on time delivery, on time order processing, order confirmation receipts, proper inventory levels, minimal errors, and others as developed
- Lead the procurement department during work rotation to ensure that materials are procured effectively and efficiently for all Shipyard operations,
- As requested by various departments, do market research to ensure materials and parts are procured with reduced cost and retain desired quality,
- Perform inventory to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service,
- Ensuring adequate and economic stock levels are maintained,
- Plan and coordinate logistics process to meet local regulatory and statutory requirements,
- Meet cost, accuracy, and timeliness in logistics function,
- Monitor status of imported goods/material before use,
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

Experience:

4.) Human Resources Coordinator

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- A Degree or related professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in a similar position, preferably in the offshore Oil & Gas or Maritime industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledge of systems for personnel tracking and reporting
- Fluent in English.
