We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field of study
- 3 years work experience in a similar field of work.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary
N70,000 monthly.

2.) Head of Operations / Accounts
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or recent successful (within past three (3) years) completion of a lending training program or other closely aligned course of study.
- Five additional years of related experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree and completion of a lending program.
- Professional Qualification in ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage
- Should have the CBN MCIB Certification or should be ready to obtain within 1 year.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
