1.) Deputy Logistic Head of Department
Location: Abuja
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Logistics or Purchasing and Supply. A Certification in CIPS, Supply or Logistics would be desirable.
- You have at least 3 years extensive experience in procurement and/or logistics capacity management and coordination, preferably in Humanitarian or development work.
- You have an excellent people management skills combined with the ability and desire to further develop staff capacity.
- You have a strong organization and management skills combined with ability to coordinate to a diverse range of people and responsibilities.
- You have an ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when and appropriate demonstrate good judgement.
Your Conditions of Employment
- 12 months contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2130 to 2475 Euros
- Per diem and living allowance: 832 Euro net, field paid
- Monthly country allowance: Euro150
- 16% of monthly gross salary as reimbursement of retirement insurance for non-French citizen
- Coverage of transport costs to and in the mission100% coverage of health contributions (social security and private insurance) and repatriation insurance
- 25 days of paid leaves per year

- Clean all windows, window grilles and entire frame;
- Wipe and clean all surfaces (furniture, picture frames etc.);
- Wash and mop all floor areas;
- Clear garbage and empty dustbins;
- Remove all stains on the wall and floors carefully without scratching surfaces, use appropriate reagents to remove all grease and stains;
- Clean all kitchen cabinets and wardrobes; take very particular attention to hidden areas such as corners, crannies, inner end and sides of drawers;
- Remove all cobwebs;
- Wash all kitchen and bathroom tiles ( floors and walls);
- Deep clean all bathtubs and sanitary fixtures (W.C., bidet and wash hand basins);
- Clean all balcony railings and areas;
- Clean all door handles and knobs, top of the door and body of the doors;
- Deep clean fridges, and water dispensers, and microwaves;
- Check and replenish cleaning supplies.
Position Requirements
- Senior Secondary School Certificate required;
- 1 years or less experience in a similar role. Previous experience in office and guesthouse cleaning;
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel;
- Commitment to renewing and maintaining knowledge of best practices;
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to communicate read and write effectively in English;
- High sense of Integrity;
- Good understanding of basic hygiene;
- Experience working with INGOs.

3.) Nutrition and Health Programme Manager
Location: Borno
Position Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or other relevant qualifications with experience in Public Health and CMAM programming;
- Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions;
- Prepared to live and work in an uncertain security environment;
- Three years relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Experience in M&E, data analysis and Nutrition research and understanding of processes involved in conducting comparative studies;

4.) Security and Access Head of Department
Location: Borno
Requested Profile
- Applicant with an academic degree and experience in the fields of Security, International Relations, Humanitarian Program Management or Logistics positions in volatile and stressful environments.
- You have demonstrated capabilities in planning, organizing and executing humanitarian security operations with a clear understanding of the humanitarian principles, code of conduct and specific sub-sector role linked to NGO field and operations contexts.
- You have excellent analytical, critical thinking and reporting skills, good communication skills and a good knowledge of various local, regional, country and international policies on safety and security.
- If you have knowledge of communications technology, including, satellite communications, cell phone mediums, etc, it is an advantage! It is even better if you already had experience with Action Against Hunger.
- You have very good proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Specific Conditions / Salary
For international candidates :
- 12 months fixed term contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2597€ to 2968€ upon experience
- Monthly per diem and living allowance: 737$ net, field paid
- Monthly country allowance: 450€
- Child allowance: 1500€ per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000€/year)
- 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
- Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
- Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions and repatriation insurance
- Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 € at each RnR period
- Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge
For national candidates:
- Basic Salary: starting from 1,375,618 Naira per month
- Rent allowance: 55,000 Naira per month
- Transportation allowance: 22,000 Naira per month
- Leave allowance: 10% of Basic Salary per month
- Pension: Employer contribution 10% of gross salary, Employee contribution 8% of gross salary
- Annual leave: 2 days per month
