1.) Grants and Compliance Manager
Location: Borno
Salary: N812,290 monthly
Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (or Higher) in International Development, Social Studies, Economics, Rural Development, Geography, Agriculture, Livestock or related studies.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar setting and responsibility.
- Good communication, writing and analytical skills.
- Good team management and representation competencies.
- Knowledge of programming in humanitarian settings.
- Experience in assessment, monitoring or evaluation.
- Familiarity with Action Against Hunger and acceptance of Action Against Hunger’s principles.
- Experience with major institutional and UN donors and donor procedures (ECHO/EC, USAID/BHA, FCDO, CIDA, WFP, etc.).
- Experience of similar programs in rural setting and highly volatile contexts;
- Experience in the area of operation.
- Knowledge of local languages (Hausa and Kanuri).
Starting Basic Salary
- NGN812,290 per month (excluding other benefits).

2.) Pharmacist
Location: Borno
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Over 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical stock management;
- Must be registered with the pharmaceutical society of Nigeria.
- Fluency in spoken and written English language. Hausa language is desirable;
- Strong work ethic: punctuality, responsibility and flexibility.
- Strong sense of organization and attention to details.
- Capacity to work in a team.
- High level of motivation.
- Computer skills (Microsoft office).
- Work experience in INGO setting will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a pharmacy supply for health and nutrition program.
- Commitment to Action Against Hunger mission, values and policy.
- Experience in training Ministry of Health staff.

3.) Resourcing Officer
Location: Borno
Salary: N326,033 monthly
Position Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Human Resources, Administration and Management and minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience working in HR and/or administrative support positions, 2+ years;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable, diplomatic, able to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural teams in a complex, multi-site work environment.
- Excellent computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, rigorous, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Capacity for analysis, synthesis and reporting of large amounts of information;
- Previous experience working for INGOs an asset, particularly health related INGOs.
- Fluency in one or more National/regional languages an asset.
- Understanding of national labor law and employment norms/practices.

4.) National Consortium Co-Ordinator
Location: Borno
Salary: N1,175,742 Monthly
Your Profile
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management Development (a priority), Advocacy or Humanitarian Studies, International Relations or Political Science
- You have a professional experience of 5 years in coordinating development activities (a priority) or humanitarian activities in a complex environment
- You have experience in coordinating a development project, supervision of technical teams and management of and in a consortium
- You are fluent in english
- You have experience in insecure / relatively isolated setting
- You have advanced knowledge of donors’ guidelines and procedures (AFD/EUD)
- Knowledge of French would be an asset
Conditions of Employment
- This position is available both for Nigerian candidates and for international candidates. Indeed the package is not similar regarding the situation.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Basic Salary: Starting from 1,175,742 Naira per month
- Rent allowance: 55,000 Naira per month
- Transportation allowance: 16,667 Naira per month
- Leave allowance: 10% of Basic Salary per month
- Pension: Employer contribution 10% of gross salary, Employee contribution 8% of gross salary
- Annual leave: 2 days per month
- Private health insurance: 100% health care coverage provided by the organization
- Private life assurance: 24/7 life assurance coverage provided by the organization
- Training: Free and direct access to Cross Knowledge e-learning platform.
- Relocation benefits: 120,000 Naira lump sum relocation allowance + 20 days accommodation allowance (10,000 Naira per night) + flight ticket from the home base to the working base at the beginning and end of the assignment
