1.) PMTCT and CECAP Advisor

Loaction: Niger

Qualifications

MBBS with Post Graduate Degree in Public Health is required for this position.
The applicant must have 7-9 years of professional experience in an integrated HIV Care and treatment, PMTCT, Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment Program.
Demonstrated experience training clinical or community-based healthcare workers on CECAP and other HIV prevention areas.
clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) including TB in resource constrained settings.
Demonstrated skills in screening of cancer of the cervix and HPV
Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadline, and intense pressure to perform and timely target achievement is required for this position

7. Business Development Expert (BDE)

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of MBBS Degree.
A Masters’ Degree in Public Health is an added advantage.

Required Experience:

The candidate must have at least 7 years cross-cutting experience with NGO in International Health and Development issues, Gender Equality, Reproductive, Maternal New-born, Child, and Adolescent Health Plus Nutrition (RMNCAH+N), HIV Management and Prevention, Malaria Control and Prevention and Gender Based Violence.
He/she must have skills in Grant Proposal Writing
He/she must also have excellent written and oral communication skills to present ARFH’s business development opportunities and proposal plans in a concise and articulate way and for drafting compelling and responsive content for technical proposals.
Must be detail-oriented, possess knowledge of current trends in donor interests, have negotiation skills and be able to conduct thorough research.
Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite utilization, excellent organization and communication / interpersonal / presentation skills with ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines.
Willingness and ability to travel.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (Accounting professional qualification is essential) with minimum 10 years of experience.

10. Program Lead: Clinical Care

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

11. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Minimum Qualifications

14.) Director of Programs

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

MBBS or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Management Social Work, or Business Administration with a focus on public health, social sciences or related field. A Master’s degree in relevant areas is preferred.
Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in Donor funded program such as USG or United Nations in designing and managing OVC and HIV programs.
Also required is a vast experience in managing USG-funded activities, including program planning, implementation, data use, monitoring and reporting.

Required Experience:

The DOP will have experience and demonstrated understanding in working with HIV and OVC community-led organizations.
S/he will have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and ability to develop and track workplans implementation effectively.

A Degree in Medical Field, Social Sciences with at least 6 years cognate experience, which must include at least 3years in Programming for OVC, and Sub granting to CBOs.
Also, preferred are knowledge of health programs with the Nigeria public sector, health system, NGOs/CBOs and collaborative relationship and liaison with community leaders. An MPH is an added advantage.

16.) Finance Officer (FO)

Loaction: Kwara

Specific Responsibilities

S/he will be responsible for supervising all banking transactions, preparation of PVs and writing of cheques, posting of PVs and preparation of financial reports.
He/she is responsible for budget tracking, reviewing posted accounting transactions in the QuickBooks, bank statements reconciliation, and preparation of staff payroll.
The FO will also be in charge of making requisition for funds, reimbursements and involvement in the capacity building of the Community Based Organizations on Financial management.
He/she is to keep financial records and produce financial reports for audits.
100% of his/her time per annum is chargeable to the project.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have First Degree / HND in Accounting or other related Social Sciences.
Also required is a minimum of 3 years working experience, strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks, good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in managing USAID grants and familiarity with Nigerian NGOs contractual procedures and a relevant higher degree will enhance applicant’s chances.
