1.) Construction Manager (High Rise Building Civil & Structural Works)

Location: Lagos

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 15 Years Proven working experience in construction management and civil engineering

Skills Required:

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Ability to plan and see the big picture
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Must have worked at this level with reputable international civil engineering construction companies with presence in Nigeria

2.) Marine Engineer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering or similar.
Relevant Marine engineer license.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Experience Required:

Minimum of four years’ experience as a marine engineer or similar.

Skills Required:

Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and SOLIDWORKS.
Sound knowledge of maritime software such as HMI and PLC control systems.
Familiarity with maritime HM&E systems and naval construction processes.
Experience with a variety of engineering processes including mechanical, electrical, and software.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Physically fit and able to work in strenuous circumstances and harsh weather conditions.

4.) Finance Manager

Location: Abuja

Requirements

First Degree in Accounting, Finance Administration, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Professional accounting/finance e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, ICAN
An MBA or business-related postgraduate degree would be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

10+ years of experience in finance, product control, and investment role with a major company or division of a large corporation. With at least 5 years in a management-level role.

Skills Required:

Experience managing finance in companies in the oil and gas or construction or asset management experience would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of audit and tax will be an added advantage.
Experience managing a group of companies, with consolidation accounting experience.
Experience in managing profitability and cost management, macroeconomic issues, and tax and regulatory policy.
Experience using office computer programs like spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
Knowledge of account and finance framework and principles • Knowledge of expected priority areas of focus for the government to improve the business environment.

5.) Team Lead – Human Resources and Administration

Requirements
