We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Administrative and Logistics Officer

Location: Akwa Ibom

Key Working Relationships:

  • Supervisory: Drivers
  • Internal: All program Staff
  • External: Third party Facility Managers, Training Participants.

2.) Communication and Infographic Officer

Location: Akwa Ibom

Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in copywriting and editing
  • Should possess knowledge of graphic design software and tools including Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint
  • 2-3+ years of experience in professional commercial design
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript, PowerPoint, Prezi, Web Content Management System (CMS) experience, audio editing, video editing, writing, web analytics, familiarity with designing for accessibility and usability
  • Experience work in the health sector will be an added advantage
  • Must have a strategic understanding of marketing/communication/social media campaigns in order to recommend and incorporate visual communications. Adaptive design eye, attention to detail, creative thinking skills, and a strong sense of concept development.
  • Ability to handle concurrent projects and multi-task.
  • A portfolio of past works is required.

Languages:

  • Excellent English language oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English required, with fluency in either of the local languages in Cross River and Akwa Ibom.

4.) Finance Officer

Location: Cross River

Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant
  • ICAN Qualified or in progress will be of advantage.
  • Understanding of key aspects of accounting
  • Experience with Donor projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel spreadsheets, or comparable software
  • Ability to use basic accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks)
  • Demonstrate good judgment and sound financial “common sense”
  • Ability to create and monitor budgets. Understanding of the basic tenets of Cash Control, Asset Management, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Understanding of principles of adequate documentation of audit, and performance necessary to ensure audit compliance.

5.) Director of Finance

Location: Akwa Ibom

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent; and an ACA/ ACCA/ CPA, or other recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • Seven (7) years of experience managing finance and operations of similar programs.
  • Three (3) years of experience in managing finance and operations for USG-funded programs.
  • Extensive financial and grant management experience working with and building the capacity of non-governmental organization sub-recipients and other sub-grantees
  • Familiarity with USAID financial regulations and Cost Accounting Standards, policies and practices; as evidenced by experience working at a senior level on a USAID funded grant;
  • Knowledge of Sun Systems financial accounting package or similar financial management and reporting software;
  • Flexibility to work both in a team and independently;
  • Demonstrable supervisory skills;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English; and ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required.

Required Travel:

  • To field locations in Nigeria. There may be occasional international travel to participate at relevant conferences, regional and global learning forums and conferences.

6.) Clinical Advisor

Location: Benue

Additional Factors

  • Knowledge: MBBS, 3 years clinical experience; Experience with personnel administration, financial management, program planning, coordination and administrative functions will be an added advantage
  • Specific skills: Strong organizational, time management, computer and communication skills; Leadership, coaching and team building skills to strengthen and cultivate relationships. Strategic and analytical thinking skills with an ability to solve problems and make decisions. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: On and offsite supervision of designated site’s clinical team in HIV care and treatment
  • Supervision received: Supervision will be provided by State Lead
  • Guidelines Must comply with CCCRN policies and guidelines in addition to award regulations. The GoN and other relevant guidelines will be the reference point for clinical and program activities.
  • Personnel contacts and purpose of contacts. Will have extensive contact with faculty, physicians, SDF staff, sponsoring agency, and project members.
  • Physical demands/Work environment: Able to travel within Nigeria and CCCRNs designated areas of service provision. Able to work in different multicultural and religious settings.

7.) Supply Chain and Pharmacy Specialist

Location: Benue

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Pharmacy; masters-level degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working with USAID/PEPFAR programs and strong familiarity with USAID reporting requirements.
