1.) State Facilitator – SBC
Locations: Borno, Kano, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Delta, Rivers, Cross River, Enugu, Awka Ibom, Anambra, Kogi, Bayelsa, Niger & Adamawa Committed To Good Recruitment
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in a relevant discipline (essential).
- Sector Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable relevant Community Development experience (essential).
- Geographical Experience: Minimum of 5 year/s of experience in Africa (essential).
- Languages: Fluent in English (essential). Jamb Result
Key Competencies:
- Training in communication for development & implementation in communication for development, social mobilization & behavioural change.
- Training in inter disciplinary approach in program communication.
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional work experience in the planning & management of social development programs, including 2 years with practical experience in the adaptation & application of communication planning processes to specific programs.
- Experience in immunization will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English & knowledge of a local language is an asset.

2.) Project Assistant (DTM – TTT)

Qualifications
- University Degree / Diploma in Humanitarian, Political, Social Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related field, experience in statistical tools, reporting, liaising with govt. authorities advantageous, preferably within the international humanitarian area.
- Must be fluent in English & Hausa.
- Locals of Katsina or Kaduna & / or local working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is an advantage.
- Requires the technical skills to use design software programs mentioned above & possesses a general interest & aptitude for learning new technology.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills, including experience presenting to multiple audiences (e.g., technical & non technical, govt. circle).
- Inter personal skills & amiable disposition stemming from proven experience.

3.) Liaison Associate (DTM – TTT)
Location: Katsina
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in International Relations, Management, Development Studies, Planning, Business Administration, or a related relevant discipline, preferably with a specialization in Conflict Analysis, Conflict Prevention, Peacebuilding & / or Negotiation from an accredited academic institution or University Degree in the above fields with 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field, experience in peacebuilding & conflict resolution, reporting, liaising with govt. authorities advantageous, preferably within the international humanitarian area.
- Must be fluent in both English & Hausa.
- Locals of Katsina or Kaduna & / or local working experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict prevention/conflict mitigation & peacebuilding issues.
- Thorough understanding of the farmer herder conflict in the context of the middle belt in Nigeria & the rest of the lake Chad basin region.
- Expertise in dialogue facilitation & negotiation, especially in the specific area of intervention.
- Strong communication skills & ability to liaise with various stakeholders, especially govt. officials.
- Experience working with relevant govt. & governmental & non governmental institutions supporting conflict prevention / mitigation & early warning.
- Demonstrated ability to write high quality, methodologically sound, analytical papers in English.
- Be willing to undertake in country travel related to the assignment, especially Kaduna.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is an advantage.

Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Politics, Economics or Social Science, International Law, Humanitarian Affairs or a related field from an accredited academic institution with 2 years of relevant professional experience or a University Degree in the above fields with 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Sector experience: Minimum of 2 year/s of demonstrable relevant Programme & Project Management experience (essential).
- Geographical experience: Minimum of 2 year/s of experience in Africa (essential).
- Experience in developing & implementing data collection activities in all stages (objectives, sampling, methodology, forms, training, data set up, data cleaning, collaboration with partners, analysis & reporting).
- Experience in the field of community stabilization & peacebuilding activities.
- Experience at the international level with specialized international agencies (UN agencies, international organizations & specialized international NGOs) & in ongoing conflict settings.
- Experience working in the region & specifically in Nigeria is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UN, international organizations & NGOs mandates & programs in transition & recovery, emergency & conflict affected populations.
- In depth knowledge of the broad range of migration related subject areas dealt with by the organization.
- Excellent communication & writing skills with the ability to analyze complex problems & identify & convey precise, rapid solutions.
- Strong general analytical skills.
Language:
- Fluency in English is required (oral & written).
- Fluency in Hausa language is desirable.
