Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on banking systems and Finacle customization.
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL for database development.
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, Java, JSP, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop user-friendly web interfaces.
- Prior experience in integrating and customizing Finacle, coupled with a solid understanding of core banking processes and workflows.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and in adherence to quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
