What You’ll Need
- Customer Service – This is at the heart of what we do so you should have a background in the service industry and have dealt with a diverse mix of people and customers. We offer a comprehensive induction and lots of training so we will consider people from a range of backgrounds such as Retail, Hospitality the creative arts anywhere where the customer is at the heart of the business.
- Leadership – You’ll be working in a small team of between 2-5 people (depending on the size of your centre) so you should have experience of working independently. 3.) Centre Operational Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities in Key Responsibility Areas
Ensures that the office environment is up to standard.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of the office property (furniture, electrical and electronic appliances and documentation equipment).
- Documents all cleaning and maintenance issues into appropriate books.
- Conveyance of written and oral messages and packages within the office.
- Ensure that the kitchen is stocked with tea materials at all times.
- First line of defense for hygiene: washing of crockery, cutlery, emptying of dustbins, cleaning of surfaces, mopping and drying of floors etc. to facilitate health and safety of customers and staff.
