1. Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related field
  • Post-graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years post graduate relevant experience with minimum of 3 years in senior managerial role in the telecoms industry or in a similar organization
  • Professionall qualification from ICAN, CIMA, ACCA is an advantage
  • Understanding of the telecoms market in Nigeria and Africa
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting
  • Knowledge of financial planning and budgetary control Pounds to Naira
  • Knowledge of Audit procedure
  • Knowledge of relevant ERP systems
  • Good leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

2. Head, Strategy

Qualifications

  • First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution (2:1)
  • M.Sc./MBA is an added advantage
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIIN) Pounds to Naira
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a strategy role within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in strategy execution.
  • Possess project/ programme management, business analysis, technical delivery and problem-solving skills.

3. Divisional Head, Brand and Communication

  • First Degree in Social Sciences or any related field
  • A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Membership with relevant professional bodies.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience in Brand communication & Marketing within a bank (with at least 5 years at management level)

4. Energy Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • First Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business, or related Analytical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, the last 3 which must have been in a power utility or oil & gas company.
  • Membership of relevant professional body or institute i.e. COREN, NSE, AAPG, NAPE etc.
  • Exposure to upstream/midstream/downstream Oil & Gas value chain is important.
  • Thorough understanding of the Industry as well as the dynamics of the business environment and economics of individual entities to elicit credibility with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/orchestrate negotiations on major transactions with business and technical partners at local and international levels.

5. Group Head, Digital Banking

Skills and Capabilities

  • Manage user experience across digital channels, overseeing conduct of regular reviews, design, and delivery of bespoke solutions to guarantee service excellence per time.
  • Manage the implementation of tech-driven innovation viz-a-vis global innovation trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analyses to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the Bank.
  • Develop long and short-term plans for development, implementation, promotion and distribution of web-based and alternative products and services, including the acquisition, enhancement and installation of software and equipment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital products into the operational framework of the Bank to provide a supportive base for qualitative, timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee compliance to all service-related requirements stipulated by the Bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor the implementation of preset performance management processes in the team.
  • Ensure effective management of existing relationships within the Team.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Retail banking, I.T and Brands, Marketing and Communications) to develop new business ideas or opportunities. This includes building and maintaining strong working relationships with the Bank’s Digital senior executives, and other executives across the Bank.
  • Conduct research analyses and presentations to support the Bank’s Digital senior executives with updates to the Group Executive Committee and other senior governance forums in the Group.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience of which at least 4 must have been in the Financial Services Sector and 2 years in a supervisory position

Qualifications

  • First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
  • Relevant professional qualifications, ACIB, ACA, MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience at least 5 of which should have been at middle management level in financial control department of a bank.
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations and provisions including a good grasp of the CBN guidelines
  • Good understanding of key business functions and how they inter-relate to achieve business objectives and an ability to manage corporate and business units performance
  • Knowledge of banking operations and product knowledge
  • Understanding of budgeting and budgetary control
