How to Link your NIN to a Glo SIM Card

If you’re a Glo user and you wish to link your NIN to your phone number, then follow the procedures below:

  1. Copy out your 11-digit NIN number
  2. Open the messaging app on your mobile phone
  3. Send the message “UPDATENIN, Your 11-digit NIN number, First name, and Last name” For example send; “UPDATENIN 64812640614 John Bassey”
  4. Send the message to 109
  5. After sending the message your NIN will be linked to GLO line automatically.

OR,

  1. Dial *109* your 11-digit NIN number# using your mobile phone. For example, “109*64812640614#
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and submit your details
  3. After entering your details, tap on send
  4. Your NIN will be linked to your Glo SIM card.
  5. Alternatively, you can visit the website. https://mobileapp.gloworld.com/glonin/home to link your NIN to your Glo number.WAEC result
