1.) Vice-Chancellor
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- The Vice-Chancellor is the Chief Executive Officer of the university responsible to the Governing Council for the organization and conduct of the business of the university.
- He/She serves as the nerve-centre of the activities of the university in areas of academic, administration and external relations.
- He/She is also the Chief Accounting Officer of the university and should have deep understanding of the terrain, the operations and challenges of running a 21st century university in Nigeria.
Qualifications and Experience
- The candidate for the post of Vice-Chancellor shall be a distinguished scholar of the rank of a Professor with minimum of 15 years of teaching and research experience in the university system.
- Have a good track record and experience in university administration with proven evidence of academic leadership, shall show evidence of international exposure.
- Be knowledgeable in ICT to drive a dynamic university, be a strategic thinker, have excellent physical and mental health.
- Be capable of coordinating and inspiring other principal officers and colleagues, and be of impeccable character.
Tenure
- The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a single tenure of five (5) years or may be appointed on acting capacity on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the Letter of Appointment by the Governing Council of the university.

2.) Registrar
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- The Registrar is a principal officer and shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the institution and shall perform such other duties as directed by the Governing Council or the Vice-Chancellor as the case may be.
- He/She shall be Secretary to the Governing Council, the Senate and any other statutory committees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should hold a good honours Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning and at least fifteen (15) years cognate experience; or a holder of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning and at least thirteen (13) years cognate experience; or a holder of Doctorate Degree plus at least ten (10) years cognate experience in a tertiary institution.
- He/She should have at least been a Principal Assistant Registrar for a period of not less than five (5) years in a higher institution; shall be in good health, demonstrate versatility in the management of staff and students, shall be a person of proven integrity, intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of the university system.
- He/She shall also be versed in the knowledge of public service rules, and must be computer literate.
Tenure
- The Registrar shall hold office for a single tenure of five (5) years beginning from the date of his/her appointment in line with extant provisions.
- He/she may be appointed on acting capacity.

3.) Bursar
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- The Bursar is a principal officer by statute and the Chief Financial Officer of the university.
- He/She is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the dayto-day administration and control of the financial affairs of the university.
- He/She coordinates the financial operations of the university, establishes appropriate internal control system, advises the Vice-Chancellor on financial matters of the university; prepares periodic/annual financial reports of the university, develops and installs efficient accounting system; interprets financial regulations, performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor/Governing Council.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess a good honours Degree in relevant areas and must be a member of a recognized Professional Accounting body with at least fifteen (15) years of cognate experience, and must not be lower than the rank of Principal Accountant.
- He/She should demonstrate versatility in management of university resources shall be a person of proven integrity, shall be intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in financial rules and regulations of the university system.

4.) Librarian
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- The Librarian is a principal officer by statute.
- He/She is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the University Library and coordination of the Library services in the university.
- He/She forms the overall Library policy, contacts and liaising with Departments on books requirements, prepares Library budgets; provides professional advice on Library matters, and performs any other related duty that may be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor from time to time.
Requirements and Experience
- Candidate for the post of University Librarian shall have a minimum of PhD in relevant area and relevant publications in journals and textbooks equivalent to that of a Senior Lecturer; and must be in good health.
- Shall have fifteen (15) years of cognate experience.
- He/She shall demonstrate versatility in management of staff and students, and be a person of proven integrity; must be intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in library rules, provisions and regulations of university system, and be computer literate.
