Job Description

• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
• Supervising or training project team members.
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
• Maintaining electrical equipment.
• Working with a variety of technicians.
• Any other function as may be assigned by the Plant Manager and/or GMD

Minimum Qualifications

• First Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possession of a Master’s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• 5 – 7 years work experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of UAV electronics
• Proficient in design and electronic softwares.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics preferably, however Electrical, or Electronics Engineers with similar experience are encouraged to apply.
• Three years engineering experience, preferably in automotive engineering, candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
• Competency in core fields (mechanical, electronics, and electrical)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the desire to work in a team environment.

Key Competencies:

• Experience with Solid Works software and software for wiring diagrams
• Technical competence in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
• Experience designing with relays, IO, circuit breakers, power supplies, and/ or micro-controllers

• Maintain excellent rapport with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Ability to keep accurate test records
• Ability to prioritize various duties and work within competing deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused and work efficiently and effectively with repeated interruptions and demands
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong presentation/ public speaking skills for purposes of making presentations to customers, prospective vendors, and coworkers

Salary Range
N200,000.00 – N250,000.00 Monthly.

Job Description

• Meeting with clients and work managers to discuss design and color choices
• Set up the spray equipment
• Removing rust and other loose materials using acid or a wire brush.
• Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.
• Applying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed.
• Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids
• Mix paint by eye or using computer technology to ensure the best colour match.
• Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.
• Spraying machines, products, and wall areas using industry techniques.
• Spraying designs using stencils, if required.
• Cleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.
• Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after the paint has dried.
• Carrying out a proper examination to see if certain parts of the vehicle need to be replaced, protected, or sanded to ensure that painting is properly done
• Ensuring that hand tools are properly maintained
• Properly maintaining paint booth by replacing filters and fan belts when necessary
• Administering the mix of colors and ensuring that they match with original color
• Applying primers and repainting surfaces with the use of spray guns

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant course/Spray painting vocational training certification
• Trade Test
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Technical:

• Ability in mixing of paint and great spraying technique.
• Ability to see subtle color differences.
• Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing.
• Ability to work with acid and harsh chemicals.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Non-Technical:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.

Salary Range
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
