2.) Member Onboarding Operation Specialist
Location: Lagos
What You’ll Do
- Check-in on the member onboarding journey to identify blockages to approvals
- Approach issues members face with a goal of finding resolutions
- Liaise with respective teams and partners to ensure all member requests, open transactions and complaints are managed through an effective resolution process
- Effectively provide product information/demonstrations to prospective and new members when required/requested
- Gather product feedback and communicate to relevant stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Fresh graduates with a Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
